Enrich Your Soul this November
Together, let's try something new.
Two seemingly opposite things can be true at the same time. Understanding and actively experiencing this seems like something we need to get better at. Agree?
Starting this November, I am offering a brand new class to help.
The class is called Soul Vitamins: Expansive and Practical Strategies to Enrich Your Life. Participants will develop the consciousness-expanding practice of bearing paradox: holding opposites that can both be true. At the same time, we'll strengthen meaningful soul qualities that will enrich your life, like rest, action, compassion, justice, forgiveness, responsibility, gratitude and generosity.
I will be offering these new teachings as an immersion class with Ritualwell for four weeks beginning November 12. The class is scheduled for four consecutive Tuesdays at 12:00-1:30 ET. Most of my recent classes have been designed for women, but this class is available for both men and women of all levels of Jewish knowledge, practice and background.
